Elizabeth rodenz
an Inspirational leader

Elizabeth believes she enriches her life through facilitating workshops, writing, and inspiring and coaching others.   Her clients and participants believe she enriches theirs.

Before embarking upon her current endeavors, she was an educator and had corporate experience as Executive Editor with McGraw-Hill in New York City.  Wanting to use her managerial and leadership experiences, education, and expertise, she founded her own management consulting and executive coaching firm, Executive Roundtable.

The time spent as an executive in the corporate world and then as a business owner had given Elizabeth many valuable opportunities.  Yet, she believed she had more to do, something different.  She wished to use her gifts to help others understand themselves and the pathways they have taken, find and embrace their skills and capabilities, and work through their turmoil and transitions.

Throughout the last thirty-five years of her journey, Elizabeth has embraced the world and the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung.  His body of work is the basis of the personal development workshops and coaching sessions she conducts.   Whatever endeavor Elizabeth embarks upon, her goal is to engage and inspire, but most importantly she doesn’t stop there.  She will help you answer the questions that are burning deep within.

Some people are in the throes of transition--expanding and enhancing their careers, working through various issues, even moving up the career ladder. Others are planning a new career, perhaps starting again, or asking what next.  Many are on a journey of transformation and individuation, dealing with all the curve balls life throws at us.  Some are writers looking to develop and expand their skills. Most are in the second half of life, trying to make sense of the first half and planning the second half.

"Elizabeth made the retreat so interesting that  I did not want to miss anything she said.   It was informative but fun.  Overall, this was the best writing event I've attended in a long time.  Many new things to try.  I'll be back."  Pat
