For Writers of Fiction or Memoir.  6 workshops will meet every Tuesday

Bring a current project or start from the beginning.  This course can be taken again and again.  

Writing is an evolving process.

Setting and Description:  A Believable World of People, Places, and Events

For fiction writers:  This workshop will focus on the many aspects of description and setting and will answer the important question: too much or too little?

Crafting Dynamic, Compelling Characters


For fiction and memoir writers:  You could have the best story line in the world, but it won't float unless you create or portray characters that the readers care about.

Convincing, Capitvating Dialogue—When, What, and How?

Whether you wish to craft compelling dialogue in fiction or report words spoken in a memoir, you need to decide when your character should talk and when she should be silent.
